Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $3,205,077 beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 for community-based substance use disorder treatment and recovery services.
The bill includes General Fund deappropriations of $3,138,782 annually beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 and Other Special Revenue Funds deallocations of $66,295 annually beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 to the Department of Public Safety, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.  It also includes a transfer of $66,295 beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, Other Special Revenue Funds account, to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund.
