	The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $158,511 beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 for an increase in the fees and travel reimbursement paid to sheriffs and their deputies for service of civil process documents. The bill also includes Federal Expenditures Fund allocations for the FMAP match.
	Additionally, the bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Judicial Department of $35,194 beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 for an increase in the fees and travel reimbursement paid to sheriffs and their deputies for service of civil process documents.
