Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $158,511 beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 for an increase in the fees and travel reimbursement paid to sheriffs and their deputies for service of civil process documents. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
Additionally, the Judicial Department will require General Fund appropriations of $35,194 beginning in fiscal year 2021-22 for an increase in the fees and travel reimbursement paid to sheriffs and their deputies for service of civil process documents.
