This amendment
removes the ongoing allocations to the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) of
$154,192 starting in fiscal year 2022-23 for one Utility Analyst position and
associated costs. As amended, the bill retains the changes to certain
qualification requirements for distributed generation resources for net
energy billing and establishes a new tariff rate for certain distributed
generation resources. |
