Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $120,850 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $207,080 in fiscal year 2022-23 due the elimination of premiums in the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and for required technology changes. Other Special Revenue Funds and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
