The bill includes
a one-time transfer of $200,932 in fiscal year 2022-23 from the Medical Use
of Marijuana Fund in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services
to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund. |

The Department of
Secretary of State will require a one-time General Fund appropriation of
$200,932 in fiscal year 2023-24 for additional ballot and postage costs to
establish semi-open primaries. |
