Resolve, Directing the Department of Transportation To Construct the Merrymeeting Trail from Topsham to Gardiner

Sec. 1. Merrymeeting Trail construction. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall construct a recreational trail, to be known as the Merrymeeting Trail, along the existing railroad corridor owned by the department from the Town of Topsham through the Town of Bowdoinham and the Town of Richmond to the City of Gardiner.
