current rule (10-149 Code of Maine Rules, chapter 5, §63) does not specify if
a payment is required or not, the Department of Health and Human Servies
(DHHS) does not currently require payment in a month when no services are
provided. Therefore, there is no fiscal impact to DHHS. |
