Amend the bill by adding after section 1 the following:

‘Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program N251

Initiative: Provides ongoing funds for student loan forgiveness for teachers to match student loan forgiveness funds awarded to the teachers under the United States Department of Education's teacher loan forgiveness program.
