An Act To Disburse Funds to the Maine Fire Protection Services Commission
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Disbursement of appropriation. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Office of the State Controller shall disburse to the Maine Fire Protection Services Commission the full appropriation of $2,000 to the Maine Fire Protection Services Commission program by September 1, 2017 for the fiscal year 2017-18 and by September 1, 2018 for the fiscal year 2018-19.
