This bill includes
General Fund appropriations for the Department of Health and Human Services
of $17,519 in fiscal year 2015-16 and $26,277 beginning in fiscal year
2016-17 to amend its rules governing MaineCare reimbursement for both adult
family care services and private nonmedical institution services to provide
supplemental MaineCare reimbursement of an additional 15% to adult family
care homes and residential care facilities in remote island locations. |
