costs to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to allow
certain unpasteurized milk or unpasteurized milk product sellers to be
exempted from certain license requirements and allowing the department to
inspect farms and detain products when investigating foodborne illness
outbreaks are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
