|
This amendment
removes the General Fund appropriations of $36,473 in FY 2013-14 and $38,719
in FY 2014-15 and increases the Other Special Revenue Funds allocations by
those same amounts to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to
account for an increased annual fee related to the administration of an
architectural paint product stewardship program. Fee revenue realized by DEP is estimated to
cover the administrative cost associated with this program, which will be
$71,239 in FY 2013-14 and $75,731 in FY 2014-15. |
