The Department of
the Secretary of State would require a Highway Fund allocation of $2,332
beginning in fiscal year 2013-14 to update both the driver's license
application and renewal card with the required checkoff boxes. |

This bill
establishes the Maine Organ and Tissue Donation Fund within the Department of
the Secretary of State. It includes an
Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 beginning in fiscal year
2013-14 to allow the department to spend any funds deposited into the
account. |
