Amend the amendment in section 4 in §2003 in paragraph E in subparagraph (5) in the 4th line (page 6, line 1 in amendment) by striking out the following: "within 5 years prior to the date of application" and inserting in its place the following: ' within 5 years prior to the date of application'

SUMMARY

This amendment removes the requirement that a course that includes handgun safety taken by an applicant for a permit to carry a concealed handgun must have been taken by the applicant within 5 years prior to the date of application.
