	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $101,500 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $92,000 in fiscal year 2012-13.  The bill, as amended by this amendment, includes a General Fund appropriation of $70,000 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $16,000 in fiscal year 2012-13 for one-time and on-going information technology costs.
