	The bill includes a General Fund appropriation to the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Purchases to implement the posting of state contract information on a publicly accessible web page.  The estimated costs of $171,500 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $108,000 in fiscal year 2012-13 include funding for one Management Analyst I position, related general operating expenses and information technology costs.  The first year includes $70,000 for one-time information technology development costs.
