	This bill allows persons with developmental disabilities to receive a complimentary fishing license, which would slightly increase the number of persons eligible from current law, which refers to the more limiting category of mental retardation.  It is expected that only a small number of individuals would take advantage of this opportunity and an even smaller number of those would have purchased fishing licenses without this change, resulting in a minor decrease in General Fund revenue.
