| The Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources will require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $77,003 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $81,677 in fiscal year 2012-13 for one Environmental Specialist III position and related administrative costs to certify private applicators of general use pesticides for food production, including providing necessary training to farms. Adequate funding exists within this program to fund these costs. An Other Special Revenue Funds revenue transfer of $21,201 in fiscal year 2011-12 and $21,163 in fiscal year 2012-13 is required to fund administrative costs (i.e., Dicap). | ||||||
