| Allowing property owners of structures in shoreland zones up to 36 months to obtain permits to rebuild or replace such structures when the structures have been removed, damaged or destroyed to the extent of over a 50% diminution in market value will require the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to amend its rules. The costs of amending its rules in that regard can be absorbed by the DEP within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
