	Requiring the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources to reimburse all convenience stores the refund value of beverage containers that are not labeled in accordance with state statute will result in a General Fund cost.  It is not known how many of these beverage containers may be held by convenience stores, therefore an estimate of the cost is not made at this time.
