Legislative Cost/Study
	The costs to the Legislature for the per diem and expenses of the Legislators serving on this commission are projected to be $1,710 in fiscal year 2011-12.  No meetings of the commission are authorized unless sufficient contributions to fund the costs of the study are generated.  An Other Special Revenue Funds allocation is required to authorize the expenditure of the dedicated funding received for this purpose.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Additional costs to the Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources associated with staffing the Commission can be absorbed with existing staff and within existing budgeted resources.
