Amend the amendment in section 2 in the last line (page 1, line 24 in amendment) by striking out the following: "2013." and inserting the following: '2013; and be it further'
Amend the amendment by inserting at the end before the summary the following:
‘Sec. 3. Reimbursement for cost of analysis. Resolved: That, if a contract is awarded for the construction of an east-west highway, the contract must require the contractor to reimburse the Department of Transportation for the cost of the analysis under section 1.’
Summary
This amendment provides that, if a contract is awarded for the construction of an east-west highway, the contract must require the contractor to reimburse the Department of Transportation for the cost of the analysis.
