| The bill includes a Highway Fund allocation in fiscal year 2010-11 to the Department of Transportation to reopen and maintain the rest area in Pittsfield and to maintain for public use the Medway scenic overlook on a year-round basis. | ||||||
| Additional costs to the Department of Transportation and the Maine Turnpike Authority associated with posting of the loitering prohibition at all rest areas can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
