| This bill bans the manufacture/sale of new and recycled shipping pallets containing the "deca" blend of polybrominated diphenyl ethers as of January 1, 2011. Implementing the ban will impose minor administrative costs on the Departments of Environmental Protection and Health and Human Services that can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
