The
bill as amended authorizes the Department of Health and Human Services to
transfer funds between the Temporary Assistance of Needy Families (TANF)
program and the Additional Support for People in Retraining and Employment
(ASPIRE) program without submitting a financial order. Other program changes are expected to have
minor impacts that can be absorbed utilizing existing budgeted resources of
the department. |
