	This bill establishes a new category of transit-oriented development districts under the tax increment financing laws but does not permit certain operating costs to be included in the transit-oriented project development district costs. Additional costs to the Department of Economic and Community Development and Maine Revenue Services associated with conducting the required review and other administrative duties can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
