	The general operating expenses of this study are projected to be $4,490 in fiscal year 2009-10.  The Legislature's proposed budget includes $20,000 in fiscal year 2009-10 for legislative studies.  Whether the amount is sufficient to fund all studies will depend on the number of studies authorized by the Legislative Council and the Legislature.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Education will incur some minor additional costs to serve on the study commission.  These costs can be absorbed by these departments within existing budgeted resources.
