| Expanding the information provided in the comprehensive economic impact study already required of a municipality under the Informed Growth Act to include certain data on part-time and full-time employment expected from a new large-scale development project may increase the cost of future studies. As these new requirements are only incrementally modest requirements, the cost of the studies are not anticipated to be greater than the "up to" $40,000 that is already provided to the municipalities by the State and reimbursed by the developers. Therefore, there is no net cost to the State or to municipalities attributable to the bill. | ||||||
