| This bill proposes to change the rules for issuance of lobster and crab fishing licenses and would result in additional General Fund revenue of $17,529 in fiscal year 2009-10 and $9,419 beginning in fiscal year 2010-11. This estimate assumes an additional 20 new resident and 2 new non-resident licenses in 2010 and 10 new resident and 2 new non-resident licenses beginning in 2011. | ||||||
