| This bill provides a one-time allocation of up to $50,000 to the Public Utilities Commission, as administrator for the State Energy Program, for costs associated with convening a stakeholder's group to develop and promote a standardized energy efficiency and carbon performance rating system for buildings. The additional costs to participate in the stakeholder's group can be absorbed by the Department of Administrative and Financial Services and the Department Public Safety utilizing existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
