Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment corrects an error in Committee "A" which allocated to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) instead of to the Public Utilities Commission (PUC).  This amendment deallocates $30,000,000 annnually from the DEP and allocates the same amount to the PUC in accord with the original intent of the committee amendment.
