	The Secretary of State's budget includes sufficient funds to accommodate one ballot of average length for the general election in November.  If the number or size of the referendum questions requires production and delivery of a second ballot, an additional appropriation of $107,250 may be required.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	If approved by the voters, the $485,000 cost of apportionment to the Legislature would be shifted from fiscal year 2012-13 to fiscal year 2010-11.   The Legislature would require an additional General Fund appropriation for that cost in fiscal year 2010-11.  There is no expected change in the aggregate costs of apportionment, just the year in which those costs would be incurred.
