| This bill includes one-time Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $8,000 and $4,500 in fiscal year 2009-10 to the Licensing and Enforcement program and the Administrative Services - Professional and Financial Regulation program, respectively, within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, for the costs associated with allowing a special event services permit to be issued by the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology for licensees to perform limited services outside of a licensed establishment. Sufficient revenues exist within the Board's account to support these one-time costs. | ||||||
