An Act To Make the Maine Music Educators Association Tax Exempt
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§56-A is enacted to read:
56-A. Nonprofit music education organizations. Sales to incorporated nonprofit organizations whose primary purpose is to support and expand music education for elementary and secondary school students.
