This resolution is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

This resolution proposes to amend the Constitution of Maine, Article 9, Section 22 to provide for the segregation and protection of funding for those programs administered by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife that are not related to hunting, fishing or trapping.
