An Act To Amend the Laws Governing Teacher Certification Interns
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §4010 is enacted to read:
§ 4010. Interns
A school administrative unit may not accept placement of a teaching intern who is, at the time of the internship, enrolled in more than one course in an academic teaching program.
