	Providing certain towns with the option of forming a school union that is governed by the provisions of Title 20-A that were in effect prior to the enactment of Public Law 2007, chapter 240, Part XXXX may result in less savings being achieved in future biennia versus what was anticipated in Public Law 2007, chapter 240, Part XXXX.  The amount can not be determined at this time and will depend on the ability of the towns within the school union to implement efficiencies.
