| This amendment repeals PL 2007, Chapter 539, Part LLLL, section 3 and strikes the appropriation in the bill and will result in no net effect to General Fund appropriations in fiscal year 2008-09. It also amends PL 2007, Chapter 539, Part LLLL, section 2 by increasing the Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability lapsed balances to the General Fund by $195,000 in fiscal year 2008-09. | ||||||
