| This legislation will require an annual Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the Legislature of $15,580 beginning in fiscal year 2008-09 for the costs associated with four additional meetings of the Legislative Youth Advisory Council. This allocation will cover per diem, member expenses, staff travel, postage and contractual services. The estimate assumes that the additional meetings will be held when the Legislature is in session, requiring outside staff resources. Funding for the allocation is to come from outside sources. If funds are not received to fully fund all additional costs, no additional meetings may be held. | ||||||
| Additional costs to the Department of Education associated with rulemaking can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. | ||||||
