| Increases fines and the class of crime for violation of the laws regarding transportation and receipt of wild blueberries. Establishes new Class B, C and D crimes. This legislation will also impact the county jail system. The average cost to the county for a Class E crime is $2,959 based on an average length of stay of 27 days at 109.60 per day. The collection of additional fines may also increase General Fund revenue by minor amounts. | ||||||
