Fiscal Detail and Notes
	Includes an appropriation of $88,500 in 2007-08 and $118,000 in 2008-09 for the additional costs the Department of Health and Human Services will incur as a result of doubling the fees paid to sheriffs and their deputies for services of writs and complaints on behalf of the State. Any additional costs to the Department of the Attorney General are expected to be minor and can be absorbed utilizing existing budget resources.
