	This legislation will require a detailed, line-item disclosure of legislative spending to be posted on the Legislature's website as well as comparative data of legislative spending by other rural state's legislatures.  The financial impact of this requirement will depend on the specific detail required, whether this will necessitate compiling the expenditure data in a more comprehensive manner, how often the information must be compiled and posted and whether comparative data can be acquired from and posted for other states.
