The Department of the Attorney General is uncertain what enforcement measures are envisioned by this bill.  There is an expectation that there could be some potential personal services and general operating costs associated with providing an increased level of enforcement.  Although the costs cannot be estimated at this time, we anticipate that the committee process will flush out more details of the requirements, allowing a more thorough understanding of the costs involved.
