| This amendment changes the funding of the study from General Fund to the Maine Solid Waste Management Fund and increases the $500 Other Special Revenue Fund allocation to the Legislature to $9,150 in fiscal year 2006-07 for the per diem and expenses of the Blue Ribbon Commission on Solid Waste Management. $9,150 will be transferred from the Maine Solid Waste Management Fund to the Legislature no later than July 1, 2006. This amendment also reduces the allocation to the Department of Environmental Protection from $15,000 to $5,850 in fiscal year 2006-07 for departmental coordination and professional facilitation of meetings at various locations throughout the state. | |||||||||
