| The income tax credit and sales tax reimbursement contained in this bill are expected to reduce General Fund revenue by $178,412 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $194,735 in fiscal year 2006-07. Maine Revenue Services will also require a General Fund appropriation of $30,000 for the related computer programming costs. The additional costs associated with administering solar energy programs can be absorbed by the Public Utilities Commission uitilizing existing budgeted resources. | |||||||||
