| This bill will require a General Fund appropriation to the Office of the Governor within the Executive Department of $95,104 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $126,805 in fiscal year 2006-07. This appropriation will provide funds for a Small Business Ombudsman position. Any additional costs resulting from this legislation can be absorbed by the Executive Department utilizing existing budgeted resources. | |||||||||
