| This bill will require a General Fund appropriation to the Judicial Department of $70,000 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $5,000 in fiscal year 2006-07 for counseling training at $200 each to every guardian ad litem before appointment by a court. There are 350 current guardians ad litem and 25 new ones are expected each year thereafter. | |||||||||
