| Based on the results of the 4/15/05 Bureau of Insurance mandate report, any additional costs to the State Employee Health Plan or the Dirigo Health Plan are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing resources. Any additional costs to the Bureau of Insurance within the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation in implementing this bill can be absorbed by the Bureau utilizing existing resources. It is further assumed the provisions of the bill do not apply to the state MaineCare/Medicaid program. | |||||||||||||
