| | | Sec. 2. 22 MRSA §1555-D, sub-§7 is enacted to read: |

| | | 7.__Exception.__The provisions of this section do not apply to | | the delivery of cigars into the State. |
|
| | | This bill provides exceptions for cigars to the laws governing | | delivery sales of tobacco products in the State. |
